Servicing diverse markets, LionHeart operates 24/7 to meet our clients’ operational requirements and maintain our position as one of the industry’s leading power protection service companies. To serve our customers individual needs, our Service Team regularly performs preventative maintenance and repair work after normal business hours and on weekends. When it comes to emergencies, there is no company more responsive to your emergency call than the people at LionHeart.
Service Coverage Area
LionHeart’s primary service markets are Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, and the Dallas/Ft. Worth region. We readily extend our critical systems expertise to select National Accounts to provide comprehensive coverage.
Emergency Response Times
There is no company more responsive or quicker to assist in an emergency than LionHeart. Because all LionHeart service technicians drive their service vehicles home at night, after-hours emergencies are handled in an expeditious manner while labor and travel costs are minimized. Although our standard guideline for emergency calls is 4 hours or less, the average emergency response time is much closer to 2 hours to get your system back on line as soon as possible.
Outside normal working hours, LionHeart Service Level Agreement holders have first response preference should their critical power system develop a fault condition requiring immediate attention.
Non-contract customers can, also, call the 24/7 emergency number for immediate service. |
